Am I the only who thinks that "Happy Tree Friends" is not funny?

What the hell has happened to us? Are our brains that starved for entertainment that we actually have to watch digital zombified cartoon characters have their lips torn off, their brains mangled, their bodies turned to pate?

For the record, I am not complaining about the graphic scenes of body mutilation on that POS show, but at least can we do it in more imaginative and entertaining ways? Between watching an HTF marathon and undergoing root canal, suddenly the root canal operation doesn't look too bad. Is this what entertainment is reduced to? Mindless scenes of pointless violence, and ignorant hayseeds making complete dipwads of themselves in front of mike? "Reality television" be damned. There is nothing real about living in a forest and eating bugs, outing each other.

Our society needs help, desperately.
