Once at a conference he justified the high salaries afforded to ministers by claiming that some of our local politicians were doctors before they joined the PAP and they were earning at least S$4m per year for their previous jobs. In fact, the pay they're now getting is considerably less than what they would've earned if they had just remained as doctors.<BR/><BR/>Afterwards, during a Q&A session, a doctor in the audience asked The Father what's the secret to earning big bucks. And The Father replied, "If you want to be rich, don't be a doctor. Be a businessman."<BR/><BR/>Talk about coherence and consistency, man. First he claimed that doctors are filthy rich people. And then he told a doctor that he should change jobs if he wants to be rich.
